Décolletage or Cleavage vase. The cleavage vases are named from the way the glass is gathered.  Instead of the normal gathering process of dipping the entire original bubble into the glass to add more glass, the original bubble is dipped partially into the molten glass then lifted and turned and dipped again partially.  The forms glass on two sides of the bubble and leaves a “Cleavage” line down the neck and body of the piece.  I like words with multiple meanings so the “cleavage” can be seen as the narrow space or depression between a person’s breasts but it can also refer to the splitting of minerals or division of cells

Calcedonia glass is a glass formula containing silver, tin, zinc, and copper.  Cooling and reheating after manipulating the hot glass creates the different colors on the surface of the glass.  No two pieces are alike.
