Around 1979-81 I had a studio on the second floor of a building on Main Street in Garden City, Kansas.  The studios were a cooperative artist venture with Mark MacMillan and other artists.  The retail store on the first floor below us was Regan Jewelry.  This is the neon sign seen outside my window where I produced this and other serigraphs.
